This service provides tenancy support to clients living in their own home and move on support for clients living in our Community Houses. The key aim is to prevent homelessness and support clients to transition towards independent living.
The team are based in our head office at Customs House and work across Swansea and Neath Port Talbot localities. Applicants are required to be a car driver, with access to own vehicle and business insurance.
As well as having great organisation and time management skills, you will need to demonstrate an interest in housing related support and the wider social issues of homelessness. In addition, you will need to have strong ICT skills and be able to work both independently and as part of a team, building strong relationships both internally and externally to create great results.
A key role requirement is to provide high quality, flexible and holistic support that focuses on strengths and goals within a framework of active engagement, harm reduction and tenancy sustainment.
