The opportunity

We have an exciting Team Leader opening in our ROADS project.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day to day operation of the project, providing accommodation and support.  This includes leading a team of support staff, managing a rota, monitoring client support and overseeing housing management responsibilities such as rents, occupancy, maintenance and health & safety.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate operational expertise in running a busy client-focussed service as well as the knowledge, skills and abilities set out in the person specification. This can be gained from working in private, commercial, public or third sectors.  It is essential you have a genuine interest and passion for the work Goleudy does, our approaches, and putting our clients first.

ROADS – Recovery Orientated Alcohol & Drugs Support

ROADS is a recovery orientated service that provides long term housing support to clients who are recovering from long term substance use.  Our aim is to support individuals to sustain a tenancy whilst at different stages of a recovery journey.  We provide practical, emotional and harm reduction support to clients as they achieve long term tenancy sustainment.
