Hourly rate: 

£9.24 for Assistant grade (£16,817 fulltime at 35 hours pro rata).

£10.39 for Support Worker grade (£18,917 fulltime at 35 hours pro rata)

Shifts: We have part time and full-time working patterns available including shift work (days, nights, sleep ins) as well as between Monday-Friday 8am-6pm. 
Benefits:   Generous annual leave ( full time -26 days rising to 33 days after 4 years plus 8 bank holidays) plus employee health care cash plan and progression opportunities.
Locations: Various locations available in Bridgend, Neath & Port Talbot, Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire and Swansea.  Induction will take place in Swansea.
Projects: Housing First, Tenancy Support, Community Houses require applicants to be a car drivers, with access to own vehicle and business insurance.  We can accept applications from non-car drivers in our city centre residential projects.
DBS: Applicable for posts considered regulated activity.
Closing Date: 9am Monday 11th October 2021

 

What are we looking for?

As well as having great organisation and time management skills, you will need to demonstrate an interest in housing related support and the wider social issues of homelessness.  In addition, you will need to have strong ICT skills and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

A key role requirement is to provide high quality, flexible and holistic support that focuses on strengths and goals within a framework of active engagement, harm reduction and tenancy sustainment.

Most importantly, you will have a genuine interest and passion for putting our clients first.
