Housing Support Worker

Salary: £18,730 pro-rata
Location: Multiple locations across South-West Wales
Hours: 35 per week including evenings and weekends (Part-time hours available)

We have projects in various locations  including Swansea, Neath Port Talbot, Bridgend, Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire. The role of Housing Support Worker is to provide high quality, flexible and holistic support to all our clients focusing on goals within frameworks.  As well as having great organisation and time management skills, you will need to demonstrate an interest in housing related support services and the wider social issues of homelessness, health, mental health, substance use, criminal justice and benefit/welfare system.  A knowledge or background of working with people in a housing, support, social care, health, education, or other similar sectors is desirable but not essential. You will be required to work as part of a team building strong relationship both internally and externally to create great results.
